Apex Video

Apex Video is an owner-operated AI video production system: a text instruction becomes a structured production plan, rendered by a commissioned provider, with a signed receipt for every step.

How it works

An operator writes what the video should be. The system compiles that instruction into a structured production plan, checks it against rights and safety policy, and sends the plan, never the original text, to a commissioned video model. Every state a job passes through emits a signed, hash-chained receipt, so the path from instruction to output is verifiable after the fact.

What it is not

There is no public upload, no account creation and no advertising. The creation console is private to the operator and is reached through a short-lived sign-in code. This page, the About page, the Privacy notice and the Terms are the whole of the public surface.

Apex Video is operated by GFSR LLC (GFSR), owned and operated by Jonathan Blanco.

Trust

The site sends a strict content security policy, HTTP strict transport security and a no-referrer policy on every response, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and publishes its security contact in security.txt once the reporting mailbox is verified.
