Terms of use

Effective September 10, 2026. These terms govern use of the Apex Video website and the private creation console operated by GFSR LLC (GFSR).

Access

The creation console is available only to the authorized operator. Attempting to obtain or use a sign-in code that was not issued to you, or to reach the console by any means other than the published sign-in, is prohibited.

Content

Video requests are subject to the rights and safety policy applied at the time of the request. The operator is responsible for holding the rights to any material a request refers to. Outputs are provided as generated, with the receipt chain as the record of how they were produced.

Availability

The service may hold, refuse or delay a request when a safety, budget, capacity or provider condition is not met. A held request is reported as held, not silently dropped.

These terms may change. The effective date above is the record of the current version.
